Moreover we have a serie of products suitable for the conditioning of circuits when the steam is used directly in contact with foodstuffs, for the sterilization of surgeon tools or for other particular cases, when an absolute purity is needed. The employed amines in the formulation of some of these products are among the ones admitted by the American FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) for steam going in contact with food substances.

In any case FACCI SERVICE SRL can supply chemicals in compliance with the analyticals parameters, as pointed out in the different tecnical guidelines or by the plant manufactures themselves. Our products are formulated in order to respect the norm CTI-UNI 7550 and the European regulation 97/23/CE said PED for the treatment of steam generators, superheated water systems and district heating. As regards the instrumental controls for the thermal station it is necessary to specify that Facci Service has the instrumentation able to check the most significant parameters. For the thermal stations our technicians also do surveys for the determination of dissolved oxygen in feed water, by an instrument with high sensitivity as Orbisphere.

In order to avoid these kind of problems, antiscaling, dispersing, stabilizing and anticorrosive products, grouped under the trade name of DISPERDENTE, SEQUESTRANTE series, have been employed for many years according to the specific needs.

They are able to maintain the cooling circuits clean and in such condition to assure the maximum efficiency, optimize their performances and avoid expensive stops for maintenance.

DISPERDENTI, SEQUESTRANTI series, for the antiscaling, anticorrosion, biocidal treatment of waters used in open or closed cooling systems;

These products are synergic mixture of organic compounds with different functional groups. The different percentages of the single component as well as certain functions with specific effects assure the optimal application and efficiency of each product conditions in resolving specific plant problems.   

For the cooling systems the instantaneous corrosion voltage of a circuit is measured by the installation of specific probes. Connecting the probe to an instrumentation such as CORRATER it is possible the detection and the registration of the corrosion speed directly in mm/year.

ALGHICIDA series

The development of algae and other organic deposits in industrial water or civil facilities system can give rise to some different kinds of problems, such as pipe clogging, slimy films in tanks, possible corrosions, decrease in heat Exchange coefficient, etc.

According to the above mentioned considerations our company FACCI SERVICE SRL has developed a whole series of products named ALGHICIDI – BATTERICIDI – FUNGHICIDI with different chemical preparation which practically cover all the application fields in the industrial circuits or in the one of civil use services ( for example swimming pools) presenting low ichthyotoxicity and the practical harmlessness towards the human being.

Moreover FACCI SERVICE SRL has developed a series of specific products for the prevention and the removal of Legionella Pneumophila.

Our analytical service schedules also the analysis of Legionella and the compilation of the Evaluation of the infection risk by Legionella spp and relative implementation of the minimization of Legionella risk.

ANTICORROSIVI and INHIBITORI series.

The protection of systems fed by raw or depurated water is censure by means of chemicals, which provide an alkalizing, filming or dispersing action.

The products ANTICORROSIVI of FACCI SERVICE are filming organic products for the protection of tanks, pipes, exchangers in closed circuits, fed by waters having the more varied characteristics. Their protective action disregards the type of materials employed in the circuit. In fact they are effective on iron, copper, aluminum, brass, copper-nickel, admiralty etc.

According to the above mentioned property, are particularly fit when different metallic surfaces are present in the same circuit. Obviously the choice of the anticorrosive product to be employed depends on the characteristics of the water in circulation in the circuit to be protected. It is necessary to pay particularly attention in case of acid cleaning where it is important to choose an efficient and suitable inhibitor, depending on the material we have to protect and the type of acid used.

Also the conservation conditions of the plants during shout-down periods must be kept under control. FACCI SERVICE SRL, studying the various problems concerning the anticorrosive treatments has developed besides proper conservation procedures, a series of chemical products grouped under the trade name of ANTICORROSIVI – INHIBITORI.  

The choice of the appropriate polyelectrolyte depends on various parameters, on the type of plant and on the desired result. The chemicals included in this category are constituted on polyacrylamide, polyamine, polyethylenimine, etc… at various polarity and at various molecular weight. Depending on the use they are divided as follow

Chemicals for:

CLARIFLOCCULATION AND SEDIMENTATION.

Anionic and cationic polyelectrolytes ( cationic for biological sludges), used for both coagulation and flocculation processes.

FLOTATIONS

Various anionic and cationic polyelectrolytes, as well specific coagulants for the treatment of waste waters containing fat or oily emulsions.

RESIDUAL SLUDGES

Anionic Polyeletrolytes for chemical-physical sludges (primary) and cationic for biological sludges ( secondary). They can be used also on filter press (belt filter-press or plate filter-press) and in centrifuge.

DRINKING WATERS AND FOOD INDUSTRY PROCESSES.

Anionic and cationic polyelectrolytes PWG (Potable Water Grade) series with an amount of monomer less than 0,05%.

DECOLORANTS

They are particular polyelectrolytes that carry out their function by a flocculation process, in order to englobe, in the flakes, the colour which is present in the waste liquid and eliminate the colour by following decantation of the same flakes.

ANTIFOAM SERIES. 

The formation of the foam is a phenomenon that can happen both in particular industrial processes and in waste waters treatment plant.

The causes of the foam formation are various and normally they are attributable to the presence of surfactants, which are used in various industries.

Also other substances, above all organic products, can originate some foam, when the water containing them is mixed or ventilated.

Eliminating foam is a very important problem and moreover it should be dealt with products which are compatible with the industrial process and the waste waters final treatment.

Facci Service produces a series of Antifoam, both silicone and other nature, which have such features in order to cover all the needs in this sector.

PICKLINGS AND ACID CLEANING.

The presence of oxides, residual, organic material and deposits in boilers, in tubes or in circuits can cause several phenomena which compromises their features. The total removal of these deposits is possible by chemical cleaning which have to be done with specific products, suitable to single needs.

SPECIFIC TREATMENTS.
